First!

Well, this marks my first post of what I hope is a beneficial effort. I am making this blog for three reasons;

1. that I will be challenged and accountable to the various readings that I am able to come across
2. that what I read doesn’t stay in my head, but has an opportunity to be shared with others
3. that God will be glorified

… whelp… here goes!
